Delivery

Qns 1. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?

Ans: For customers in Singapore, upon receiving your payment, your products will arrive Singapore in approximately 7 working days* (not inclusive of local delivery period). Mailing or delivery time will take about 2 - 3 working days. There may be delay in shipment sometimes and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

For customers outside Singapore, upon receiving your payment, we will send out your items in approximately 7 working days time and tracking number will be provided. Delivery time will vary for different countries.

*Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays

Qns 2. What are the different types of delivery?
Ans: Delivery can be made by normal mail, registered mail or courier service. Customers can refer to "Delivery" section under "How to shop" for more detailed information.
Qns 3. What are the postage charges?
Ans: The charges for different kind of mails can be found at "How to shop" under "Delivery" section. Malaysia customers enjoy the same postage rate as Singapore customers. For other oversea customers, do refer to the postage charge at Overseas shipment rates.
Qns 4. When do I need to pay extra $2.20?
Ans: Registered mail postage = [normal postage + $2.20]. Registered mail is compulsory for overseas customers and optional within Singapore. Registered mail comes with a tracking number.
Qns 5. Which mode of delivery is doorstep delivery?
Ans: Only registered mail and courier service provides doorstep delivery. However, if there is no one to receive the package upon delivery, a notification card will be dropped into the mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.

Qns 6. Why am I not given any tracking number?

Ans: This is because you have paid normal mail postage. Normal mail does not come with tracking number.
Qns 7. Will I be informed of the delivery?
Ans: We will update all customers by email once shipment arrives. Customers will be informed of their orders which have delayed or out of stock items.
Qns 8. I have not received my items after waiting for more than a month. Why so?
Ans: This may be because the items are out of stock, delayed or non-delivered. Customers will receive email notification from us if their orders are out of stock or delayed. However, for non-delivered parcel, it may take weeks to months before the parcel is returned to us. You may refer to non-delivery page for the reasons of non-delivery.
Qns 9. Is there self collection mode?
Ans: No, there is no self collection. All packages will be handled by Singpost for delivery.
