| Qns 1. What is replacement? |
Ans: Customers will be given this
option when they have out of stock items to be replaced.
Please fill up the replacement
form for any replacements. |
| Qns 2. How many items can I replace? |
| Ans: Customers will be informed of the number of out
of stock item(s) for their orders. The number of replacement
items must be the same or lesser than the number of
out of stock items. For example, If they have 1 out
of stock item, they can only replace with 1 item. If
they have 2 out of stocks items, they can either replace
with 1 or 2 items. |
| Qns 3. What happens to the excess balance
I have after replacement? |
| Ans: We will do a refund for any excess balance customer
has with us. Please fill up the
refund
form. |
| Qns 4. Can I replace with an item of higher
price? |
| Ans: Replacement item can be of any price. If replacement
item is of lower value, excess balance will be refunded.
If replacement item is of higher value, customer will
be required to top up the difference. |
| Qns 5. I have replacement item and I wish
to purchase more items. How can I do that? |
| Ans: We handle old and new orders seperately. Hence,
customer should get a replacement item for their old
order and purchase new items by sending us a new order
form. |
Qns 6. I have no replacement item. Can
I have a refund? |
| Ans: Yes, definitely. Please fill up the
refund
form. |
