Non-delivery
We ensure all customers receive their paid goods when they
shop with us. However, there are cases of unsuccessful delivery
due to a number of reasons:
1. Customer has provided an incorrect / insufficient address.
2. There is no such name in the address provided.
3. Customer did not claim the registered parcel after receiving
notification.
Some examples of non-delivered parcels as follow:





We sincerely hope that customer can provide us a correct
and complete address for us to mail out their parcels.
Customer is advised to go through their personal and order
details at least twice before submitting
their orders. ShopLah! ensures that goods will be mailed
out accurately according to the name and address customer
has provided.
